Iron HQ/Southern Hive

If the Queen of the South is alive and Elder is killed or imprisoned, the Iron HQ becomes overrun by the Southern Hive. The Skeleton Bandit patrols will become made up of 1-5 Broken Skeleton Bandits and spawn less often.
