A small house similar in size to a Small Shack. They can be found in Bark for c16,000 alongside the Swamp Shack and Swamp Store.
Like the Swamp Store, buildings can only be placed inside and not on the porch. Additionally, there is a slope in the middle of the house, where buildings cannot be placed.
They are significantly smaller than a Storm House along with having an inconvenient slope and being more expensive, so it's far better to just opt for a Storm House or even a Small Shack instead.
