The Grayflayers (also referred to as the Grayflayer Clan as seen in Letters From A Swamper V) are one of the gangs within The Swamp. They can be found in the city of Shark and within their village called Grayflayer Village. Their faction is run by Big Gray and, like the other gangs, they deal in hashish, and their smugglers can often times be seen at the Smugglers Bar.

Trivia

• Most Grayflayer characters have the "Honorable" personality, which may suggest that they, unlike other gangs have some form of moral value or code. This would also support the Swamper Barman's dialogue with regards to Grayflayers "only steal from the 'bad'".
