The template resizes a image to a particular width (only for portals)
Usage
{{Portal dynamic image |1= |description= |max-width= |width= |caption= |center=yes}}Parameters
|1=- Filename of the picture, without the prefix "File:".
|center=true- Specify any value for parameter "center" if the picture should be centered.
