Usage
This template attempts to get the short description of a page. It will only match the first short description on a page, whether displayed or not.
Use {{Get short description|page=page|nomatch=nomatch}}
e.g. The short description of [[Russia]] is "{{Get short description |Russia}}". → The short description of Russia is "".
