The Metal Wallhouse is a three floored building connected by stairs and appears to be made from scrap. This type of building cannot be constructed by the player, though it can be purchased at specific locations.
The very top level under an open sky is big enough to fit a Research Bench level II. The roof has enough room to build a Small Wind Generator.
