Ninjas are members of several factions. They can be members of the Vagrants, Holy Nation Outlaws, Empire Peasants, Tech Hunters, Shinobi Thieves, or United Cities. They are usually found squatting in the cities of these factions, aside from the Shinobi Thieves, where they hang around in bars, guarding the Thief Fence.
They wear <span style="color:#Shoddy">[Shoddy] armour (5% chance of <span style="color:#Standard">[Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown.
