Crazy Bar Thug

An unnamed member of the Vagrants faction. They are a variant of Bar Thugs which can be found in bars in The Hub, Waystation, or in Shark.

This thug has dialogue but cannot be spoken to. He will tell the user to "Get lost." and other variations to the same intent.

They have a 7% chance of having a bounty from 250 to 1750 Cats.
