Vigilante Chiefs are members of the Rebel Swordsmen faction. They act as the Police Chiefs for towns controlled by the Empire Peasants in the northeastern territories.
They spawn with a bounty ranging from 2500 to 3500 cats. They wear <span style="color:#Standard">[Standard] armour (5% chance of <span style="color:#High">[High]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.
