If Holy Lord Phoenix, High Inquisitor Seta and Esata the Stone Golem are dead or imprisoned while Flying Bull is alive and free, Holy Mines will be taken over by Kral's Chosen.
These mines are turned into what looks akin to a food storage, similar to when it is taken by Shek Kingdom.
