Straw Lieutenants are members of the Grass Pirates. They can be found leading squads of 5 to 12 Grass Pirate characters on patrols of Stormgap Coast, The Eye, and The Outlands.
Straw Lieutenants have a 10% chance of spawning with a Bounty ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 Cats.
They wear <span style="color:#Shoddy">[Shoddy] armour (15% chance of <span style="color:#Standard">[Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown or Ancient.
