Holy Farmers can be male or female(though mostly females), with the males sometimes having Holy Farmer Wives accompany them.
Unlike Holy Farm Leaders, Holy Farmers offer no dialogue options. They sometimes make hostile remarks towards non-humans in their vicinity.
