A very small shack. They can be found in Bark for c6,400 alongside the Swamp House and Swamp Shack.
Like the Swamp House, buildings can only be placed inside and not on the porch.
This is probably the worst building in the game - it is more expensive than either a Small Shack or a Swamp Shack, while being smaller than both of them.
