This template adds an automatically generated short description. If the automatic short description is not optimal, replace it by adding {{Short description}} at the top of the article.

This template sets the string Topics referred to by the same term (per discussion) as the short description for disambiguation pages via the individual disambiguation message box templates. The use of includeonly here and in the transclusions prevents the templates from receiving that short description.
