Denotes a file hosted at Wikipedia that could be moved to Wikimedia Commons, but shouldn't be, as it would not be of use beyond the English Wikipedia.
This tag should not be placed on any non-free image, or on any image used in a Wikipedia article. It is strictly for free, non-article images that were uploaded for a specific Wikipedia project-related purpose, and would not be of any other use. A prime example would be a screenshot for use in a discussion.
This template categorizes into Category:Wikipedia files of no use beyond the English Wikipedia.
