Yabuta Outlaws are members of the Yabuta Outlaws. They can be found patrolling the northeastern territories of the United Cities, The Hook, and their hideout in Fort Simion/Yabuta Outlaws (previously Fort Simion) after Yabuta of the Sands has been freed from Tengu's Vault.
They have a 20% chance to have a bounty ranging from 1500 to 2500 cats. They wear <span style="color:#Shoddy">[Shoddy] armour (5% chance of <span style="color:#Standard">[Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown.
