Yabuta Outlaws are members of the Yabuta Outlaws. They can be found patrolling the northeastern territories of the United Cities, The Hook, and their hideout in Fort Yabuta (previously Fort Simion) after Yabuta of the Sands has been freed from Tengu's Vault.
They have a 20% chance to have a bounty ranging from 1500 to 2500 cats. Template:Equipment Grades
