Template:CharacterThe Yabuta Chief is a leader of the Yabuta Outlaws. He can be found in the HQ in Fort Yabuta (formerly Fort Simion) after Yabuta of the Sands has been released from Tengu's Vault (as long as the player is not allied with Rebel Farmers).
