Izumi is a Unique Recruit from the Empire. She is a young scientist and medic. She can be hired for 2,500 Cats.

She can be found in any town controlled by United Cities or Empire Peasants. She can also be found in Town Overrides of these towns: Bark, Brink, Clownsteady, Drifter's Last, Heft, Heng, and Sho-Battai.

She has a Smart Personality and after being recruited will have the "Player CIVILIAN" dialogue package. She has six dialogue lines linked to her, only one of which is exclusive to her.

They wear [Shoddy] armour (5% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.
