This character can be found accompanying Crumblejon and other recruits in Mongrel. They can also be found in any Waystation, and, depending on certain World States, in Bark, Blister Hill, Clownsteady, or Sho-Battai. They can also be found in locations controlled by Deadcat or Empire Peasants. They have a chance of spawning in any town controlled by the United Cities, including when the location is "malnourished". They can be found in Black Scratch, Flats Lagoon, Smugglers Bar, any Waystation, and World's End.
