Jewel is a Unique Recruit. She is a cook who used to own a bar, but Shek barbarians took it over.
She can be found in any town controlled by United Cities or Empire Peasants. She can also be found in Town Overrides of these towns: Bark, Brink, Clownsteady, Drifter's Last, Heft, Heng, and Sho-Battai.
She has a Smart Personality and after recruitment will have the "Player TOUGH Merc" dialogue package. She has a single line of unique dialogue, however it is also shared with Digna, Izumi, and Reva.
She is also noteworthy for being one of the few Scorchlanders with a lighter tone of skin.
