Clownsteady, Empire Peasants is a town controlled by Empire Peasants. It belonged to United Cities until Slave Market Master and Slave Mistress Grace were both killed. Be aware that Empire Peasants and United Cities share the same legal system.
Empire Southwest Trade Culture has been removed when the override occured and since Empire Peasants have the Empire Trade Culture the value modifier of Hashish is 1,200% instead of 500%.
Despite being listed as 'Prosperous' in FCS, the town does not appear to change much in the way of economy.
