Doctor Chung

Doctor Chung is a Unique Recruit similar to a Medic Recruit. He is an organ-harvesting surgeon begrudgingly serving for the Twinblades with unique dialog options. He can be found in a bar in Mud Town located in The Swamp or in Shark.
