Skeleton Legion is a faction found in the Ashlands.
Background
The Skeleton Legion has its origins in the Second Empire. Nothing is known about this shadowy faction, but they are presumably the remnants of the Second Empire's skeletal military. Much of the Legion is made up of thralls, likely victims of the Emperor's crazed mass-thrallings.
The Legion works with remnants of the Second Empire, its thralls guarding the Head of Agriculture in Ashland Dome I.
Scouts and Legionnaires of the faction are not enthralled (headless), whereas its main forces, Legion Thralls, are numerous and make the bulk of the group. Their emperor is now exiled, and the Legion has no especial love or hatred for him. It's possible they are enforcing his exile - perhaps to stop him from enthralling all the Second Empire remnants. Still, their Emperor's death appears to frenzy the army, as the Legion's patrols will increase in size after Cat-Lon is defeated.
