Big Gray is the leader of one of the criminal gangs of the Swamp, the Grayflayers. Despite being leader he does not have Diplomatic Status. He can be found in Grayflayer Village.
He has an Honorable Personality.

If Big Gray is killed or kidnapped, it will cause the Grayflayer Village to be taken over by the Swampers. If Big Gray, Big Grim and Big Darkbrow are all dead, Rot will be overrun by Blood Spiders.

- In Letters From A Swamper V, it is revealed that Big Gray's decisions may not always be popular with his gang. Apparently he has angered some of them by refusing to seek vengeance for the death of a clan member, possibly an in-universe result of his Honorable personality.
- If a player whose faction is allied to the Hounds kidnaps Big Gray and takes them to the Hounds' Faction HQ in Shark, Big Grim will initially taunt Big Gray, referring to him as "Li'l Gray" among other insults. Following this, Big Grim will ridicule the player for bringing her "a chew toy." Afterward, the other Hounds in the headquarters will join in, shaming the player with accusations such as "Shaking up the equilibrium."
