Rot is village run by the Hounds faction within the Swamp. It becomes allied to the player once you join the Hounds by talking to Ears and Big Grim. It has no notable characters, except for a Fish and Drugs Seller. The village can be discovered by trudging through the swamp or by acquiring and reading the Map of the Swamps.
The Swamper Gate Guards here are owned by the Hounds.
